Where to Buy Chinese Brands Outside of China: A Practical Guide
Chargers, Cables & PowerIEMs & HeadphonesKeyboards, Mice & Peripherals
Most Chinese consumer brands now sell outside of China, but where you buy them matters for warranty, return shipping, and price.
The big four channels
- Amazon — the default channel for most buyers. Easy returns, fast shipping, and most major Chinese brands (Anker, UGREEN, Moondrop, FiiO, Keychron) have official storefronts. Expect to pay slightly above direct-from-China pricing.
- AliExpress — the deepest selection of niche brands and the lowest sticker prices. Shipping from China takes 2-3 weeks. Returns are harder than Amazon.
- Brand-direct stores — Anker.com, Keychron.com, Moondrop’s Shopify, DJI.com. Often have the best bundles and the most generous warranty handling.
- Temu / Shein — works for unbranded or newer brands at the cheapest prices. Quality variance is real and warranty support is minimal.
Specialist retailers
For hobby categories (IEMs, mechanical keyboards, camera gear) there are stores that carry more brands than Amazon ever will:
- Linsoul, Shenzhen Audio, HiFiGo — for IEMs, DAPs, and DACs.
- NovelKeys, KBDfans, Drop — for mechanical keyboards.
- B&H, Adorama — for photography gear with US warranty handling.
The rule of thumb
If the brand has an Amazon storefront, buy there. If it does not, use the brand-direct store. Reach for AliExpress only when the price gap justifies the wait.
