SmallRig Teams Up With vivo on a Pro Video Rig Kit for the X300 Ultra

SmallRig announced a Pro Video Rig Kit co-developed with vivo to coincide with the vivo X300 Ultra launch, with the partnership press release going out on 2026-03-31 via PA Media. Until now, SmallRig’s smartphone cages have been third-party accessories that work across brands. The vivo partnership is a co-developed product, with both companies contributing to the design and the marketing.

The press release frames the kit as a tool for creators who want to shoot serious video on a phone rather than carry a dedicated cinema body. It is one of the more direct maker-to-maker accessory partnerships between a Chinese phone brand and a Chinese rig specialist.
