Godox Adds the ML80Bi and ML150Bi to Its Modular LED Lineup

· outdoor-gear

Godox introduced the ML80Bi and ML150Bi, a pair of compact modular bi-color LED video lights, with CineD and Newsshooter both running first looks on 2025-10-20. The two lights join Godox’s KNOWLED line of panel and COB fixtures aimed at the indie film and creator market.

Compact bi-color panels for run-and-gun work

The ML80Bi and ML150Bi are bi-color panels in the 80W and 150W range, sized for use on small rigs, on-camera, or on a stand for interview work. Both run on AC or battery, and both sit inside Godox’s modular KNOWLED system, which already includes the larger M-series panels and the flexible KNOWLED MG LED mat.

CineD’s coverage and Newsshooter’s first look both noted that the new lights are positioned as mid-power bi-color panels at price points that undercut the established panel brands. The ML80Bi and ML150Bi are aimed at creators who already use Godox lights and want a smaller panel that fits the same control app and mount system.

Why it matters

Godox’s portable flash line, with the AD200 and AD600 series, has been one of the brand’s strongest categories. The ML80Bi and ML150Bi extend the same modular approach into LED panels, where the brand has been gaining share against Aputure. For buyers already inside the Godox app and mount system, the new panels are the simplest way to add bi-color fill without leaving the brand’s ecosystem.
