Bosideng Launches the Recycled-Down Revolution Collection for Winter 2026

· fashion-sports

Bosideng has launched the Revolution collection, a new line of down jackets made entirely from recycled down and recycled polyester. The collection is priced 20% below the brand’s premium offerings, and Bosideng says the recycled down has the same fill power (800 FP) and warmth-to-weight ratio as its virgin down.

Why it matters

Bosideng is the world’s largest down jacket maker, with roughly 30% of the global market by volume. The Revolution collection is the company’s most ambitious sustainability play yet, and the first to use recycled down at scale. For the broader apparel industry, the collection is a proof point that recycled down can match virgin down on performance, which could accelerate adoption across the category.

What is new

  • 100% recycled down sourced from post-consumer garments in China and Europe.
  • 100% recycled polyester shell and lining, with the same DWR finish as Bosideng’s premium offerings.
  • 800 FP fill power, matching Bosideng’s premium Revolution line.
  • Carbon-neutral shipping in the Chinese domestic market, with international shipping to follow in 2027.

The Revolution collection is available now through Bosideng’s online store, Tmall, and select department stores in China. A global rollout in Europe and North America is planned for Q3 2026.
