Amazfit Launches the Active 3 with a 14-Day Battery and AMOLED Display
· wearables
Amazfit has launched the Active 3, a fitness-focused smartwatch with a 1.9-inch AMOLED display, 14-day battery life, and a $149 price point. The Active 3 is the first Amazfit watch to ship with Zepp Health’s new ZeppOS 4, which adds support for third-party watch faces and a new sleep coaching feature powered by the company’s in-house AI.
Why it matters
Amazfit has been one of the most consistent players in the mid-range smartwatch market, with the GTR and GTS lines offering serious competition to the Apple Watch at roughly one-third the price. The Active 3 is a more focused product: a fitness watch first, a smartwatch second, with battery life and display quality as the headline features.
What is new
- 1.9-inch AMOLED display at 480x480 resolution, the highest pixel density ever on an Amazfit watch.
- 14-day battery life with typical use, 7 days with always-on display.
- ZeppOS 4 with third-party watch face support and a new Zepp Coach sleep feature.
- 5 ATM water resistance and a stainless steel bezel.
The Active 3 is available now through Amazfit’s online store, Amazon, and Best Buy in the US, with a global rollout following in June 2026. A premium version with a titanium case and sapphire crystal, the Active 3 Pro, is available for $249.
